Seven Tank Chemical Pre-Treatment & Powder Coating
PSG Electricals utilizes a controlled room-temperature Seven Tank chemical phosphating process (IS-6005) with bottom liquid stirring to prevent sludge deposition.
- 7-Tank Phosphating System: Degreasing, water rinsing, derusting, activation, phosphating, and passivation.
- Conveyorized Powder Booth: High-quality Electrostatic Powder Guns applying 70-80 microns of epoxy-polyester powder.
- Dust-Free Baking Oven: Thermostatically controlled curing oven ensuring long-lasting rustproof finish.
Electrolytic Grade Busbar Processing
Busbars are sourced strictly from HINDALCO (EC91E Electrolytic Grade Aluminum) and premium Electrolytic Copper. Sized based on rigorous temperature rise & short-circuit calculations.
- CNC 3-in-1 Busbar Machine: Dedicated hydraulic cutting, punching, and bending machine for clean right angles.
- Insulation Sleeving Machine: High-dielectric heat-shrinkable PVC sleeves with color coding.
- Short-Circuit SMC Support: Rigid bracing in electroplated 'C' & 'U' channels with separate GI/Cu earth bus.
Pneumatic Wiring Shop
Equipped with pneumatic crimping tools and computerized ferruling machines for instant terminal identification during maintenance.
