Our modern manufacturing facility is spread over 25,000 square feet at Sikandrabad Industrial Area (U.P.), fully equipped with Fiber Laser Cutting (1.5KW), Hydraulic CNC Brake Press, Hydraulic Shearing, 7-Tank Chemical Pre-Treatment System, Conveyorized Powder Coating, Pneumatic Wiring, and CPRI Test Facilities (4000A 70KA for 1 sec).

Every electrical panel built in our 25,000 sq. ft. plant undergoes rigorous quality engineering from SLD design to CPRI-compliant routine testing.
Engineering & Panel Sizing
Detailed single-line diagram (SLD) evaluation, current rating calculations, short-circuit withstand analysis, and busbar thermal sizing.
Sheet Fabrication & 7-Tank Coating
TATA/JINDAL CRCA sheet steel laser cutting, CNC 3-in-1 busbar processing, 7-tank chemical phosphating (IS-6005), and 70-80 micron powder coating.
Pneumatic Wiring & Busbar Assembly
Modular panel component mounting, electrolytic Hindalco EC91E copper/aluminum busbar installation, heat-shrink PVC sleeving, and printed ferruled wiring.
CPRI Testing & Final Dispatch
Rigorous 3-stage testing including 5KV High Voltage test, 1000V Megger resistance, ACB release rig testing, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
